The Extreme Vision Camera X (EV Cam X) is a high-resolution camera purpose-built for continuous monitoring of pyrometallurgical processes, where extreme heat and harsh conditions demand specialized equipment. It features air and water cooled jackets to manage the intense thermal environments it operates in, ensuring reliable performance even during extended use.
Its rugged design keeps out foreign object debris (FOD), including slag, splash, sparks, dust, and flames, protecting the camera from the byproducts of high-temperature industrial processes. Despite this heavy-duty construction, the EV Cam X remains easy to install and maintain, and consistently delivers clear, crisp images for accurate process monitoring.
